Sunny Spirits, Rainy Forecasts

It may be raining, but in true Seattle fashion the work hasn’t slowed down one bit — crews stayed on schedule all week as concrete pours, prep work, and foundation progress continued without interruption. The first week of March brought steady progress on the foundation work. Crews focused on multiple concrete pours, coordinating pump trucks, mixers, and finishing teams to place large sections of the slab. Rebar, vapor barriers, and utility stubs were all set ahead of time, allowing the team to move efficiently from preparation to placement. Workers spent the week leveling and finishing each pour, section by section. With this phase nearly complete, the project is on track to begin framing and vertical construction soon.
